At Brunei LNG, we are committed to creating lasting value in the communities where we operate. Through targeted investments in education, healthcare, local enterprise, and infrastructure, we support sustainable development and improve quality of life. By working closely with local partners, we help build stronger, more resilient communities for the future.

At Brunei LNG, our contributions to the communities we support, and the country at large is guided by our Social Investment (SI) strategy, which is our corporate social responsibility.
The objective of SI is to create value through the contribution of skills and/or resources to society to provide lasting benefit to them and the environment and to Brunei LNG and its shareholders. For Brunei LNG, this includes our fenceline neighbours, the Mukim Lumut Liang community, Tutong District, and the nation, contributing to the goals of Wawasan 2035.
SI may take many forms including financial assistance, in-kind donations (such as surplus equipment or materials), volunteering and sharing of expertise. Ultimately, it is the impact of the contributions rather than their financial value that is the most important.
Brunei LNG’s SI strategy is aligned with the national goals of Wawasan 2035; the accomplishment of well-educated and highly-skilled citizens as measured by the highest international standards, top 10 in the world for quality of life, and a dynamic and sustainable economy, with income per capita within the top 10 in the world.
